European Sustainable Development Week at MU

18 September 2023 - 8 October 2023

In line with its values, Masaryk University decided to participate in the so-called European Week for Sustainable Development (ETUR) together with other public universities associated with the UNILEAD project. During the annual ETUR, a number of events and activities are held to raise awareness about sustainable development and our sustainable future. This year, the ETUR itself falls on 20 - 26 September 2023, but events that fall between 18 September and 8 October 2023 "count".

Below you will find both an invitation to an expanded menu of vegetarian and vegan food to your canteen, as well as a list of events taking place at MU during ETUR.

Thank you for your engagement!

More sustainable food in your canteen

The MU Accommodation and Catering Services has prepared an expanded more sustainable menu for you from September 18-26, 2023, offering at least three vegan and one vegetarian meal (in addition to the traditional menu).

At the same time, in line with the Dining Commandments, it is ideal to use the Webkredit/Mobilkredit system for ordering, which will guarantee the food you order and avoid the waste associated with its possibly unnecessary preparation!
