Recommendations are in three cases of significant human (over 5 FTE), financial (over 5 million. In 2 cases the measures are of low intensity and in one case of medium intensity.

The measures are not dependent on the size of the HEI and have significant synergies with each other.

Key responsible persons identified (mainly university management and IT manager) and prerequisites.

• Implement the use of the COBIT framework for IT governance.
• Recycling and disposal of IT-related waste.
• Centralization of IT infrastructure, computing power and IT services in general.
