Sustainable mobility of students and staff in higher education

Key themes were identified: the impact of the C19 situation, lack of funding and motivation to address sustainable mobility (e.g. the issue of expensive energy), engagement of student associations.

4 final recommendations are described:

• Travel code for work and study trips (prevention, reduction, monitoring,compensation) = the ambition is that in 2023 the code will be adopted by universities within the UNILEAD project
• Sustainability strategy
• Travel Orders - carbon footprint monitoring
• Implementation of awareness campaigns
