3.2 Social Contribution Activities

Objective:

To create an exemplary community in the area of sustainability, actively using its expertise for community-wide action

MEASURES:
  • COOPERATE - actively collaborate with partners in the public, private and non-profit sectors at regional, national and international levels to address strategic sustainability issues (social, environmental, economic, etc.), including participation in the development of recommendations, methodologies, policies, strategies and legislation reflecting MU's expertise in sustainability.
  • TRANSFER - to carry out educational and popularization activities in the field of sustainability open to the public on a long-term basis outside the university.
  • SHARE- to protect values and make culture (including through dedicated spaces) and tangible and intangible heritage under the responsibility of MU accessible, including archival materials and their digitisation, to cultivate public space.
OUTPUTS:
  • The University is a trusted and strategic sustainability partner positively influencing solutions to global and local challenges.
  • The University makes a significant contribution to raising awareness of sustainability among the public.
  • Mapped cultural portfolio of MU (including tangible and intangible heritage) and exemplary care for its preservation and development.
INDICATORS:

3.2.A Number of strategic partnerships to promote sustainability;

3.2.B Number of joint projects with partners with relevant output to promote sustainability;

3.2.C Number of participants in publicly accessible cultural events or sustainably oriented awareness-raising and educational.
